Microsoft founder Bill Gates is optimistic that Covid 19 could be the last epidemic in the world, in fact he is so convinced that he has written a book to that end.
In his blog Gates Notes, Bill Gates stated that this new book will be published in May 2022.
"Even though we are not nearing the end of the epidemic, we have learned a lot from it on how to prevent such epidemics from spreading in the future," he said.
The book will outline specific measures that will help society prevent future epidemics while providing better medical care.
The book will also include lessons learned from conversations with key medical officials such as Anthony Fauchi, the US president's chief medical adviser, and the head of the World Health Organization.
Bill Gates said there was no need to convince anyone that an epidemic could kill millions or shut down the global economy.
"If we make the right choices and invest, we can make Covid 19 the last global epidemic," he said.
Bill Gates has been focusing on global medicine issues since splitting from Microsoft, and has pledged billions of dollars to compete with Covid 19 and raise awareness of the dangers of climate change.
Billions of dollars will be provided through Bill & Melinda Gates.
Bill Gates has long warned of the dangers of a global pandemic and talked about the importance of vaccines.
Bill and Melinda Gates have pledged $2 billion to prevent the spread of Covid from January 2020 to date.
Bill Gates has also been the target of conspiracy theories about supporting vaccines, as he is said to be installing microchips in people through vaccines.
With that in mind, they will talk about this experience in the book.
