In general, people in the world do a lot to improve their appearance, but a person in Germany has spent thousands of dollars to look 'terrible'.
On Instagram, he is known as the Black Depression and has so far spent $17,000 on scary looks.
They have spent years trying to transform themselves into 'human puzzles'.
And it's not just body tattoos.
Black Depression has covered both rows of its teeth with titanium, as well as ink on its eyes and face.
The 28-year-old has also undergone surgery to remove fragments of his ear cartilage while his nostrils are pierced.
"I started physical transformation at the age of 20, my first way was to separate my tongue," he said.
"Then my halves (the visible part of the outer ear) were cut off on both sides," said Black Depression.
