Contact between Nawaz Sharif and Maulana Fazlur Rehman to give tough time to government.

 

PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman were contacted to give tough time to the government. The two leaders discussed the political situation in the country.

Private TV quoted sources as saying that the two leaders agreed to give tough time to the government while sitting inside the parliament while also discussing strategies to stop the approval of the mini-budget.

According to private TV, Nawaz Sharif and Maulana Fazlur Rehman also discussed preparations for the March 23 inflation march, while opposition leader National Assembly Shahbaz Sharif was tasked with persuading government allies not to support the mini-budget. Agreed

Nawaz Sharif also congratulated Maulana Fazlur Rehman on his victory in the local body elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
