ANKARA: Turkey's Mehmet Ozurek has set a world record for the longest nose. The Guinness Book of World Records also recognizes Mehmet's 3.46-inch-long nose as the longest human nose in the world.
Mehmet was often ridiculed for his unusually long nose, but at the same time his sense of smell has always been higher than others.
Then one day he decided to celebrate his mistake as a world record and contacted Guinness World Records.
Representatives of Guinness World Records contacted Mehmet and with the help of experts found out the exact length of his nose, which revealed that his nose is 3.46 inches (8.79 cm) long.
