Rescue air ambulance in Punjab

 

Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Bazdar has once again taken the initiative, taking a historic step in the field of rescue services and initiating practical steps for rescue air ambulance project in Punjab.

On the direction of Chief Minister Usman Bazdar, the Air Rescue Service project has been included in the Annual Development Program 2021-22. The Cabinet Standing Committee on Finance and Development has approved to include the Air Rescue Service project in the Annual Development Program. Chief Minister Usman Bazdar said that Rs 1.16 billion has been allocated for air rescue service. He said that rescue air ambulance project is becoming a reality. Inshallah this project will start this financial year and this project will revolutionize the rescue services. This is a purely public interest project, it will be completed as soon as possible, Punjab will have the honor of launching the first rescue air ambulance in South Asia.
