The NCOC has added Category C countries in view of the threat posed by the new type of Corona, Omi Cron, and has imposed a complete ban on entry into Pakistan from these countries.
According to details, a meeting of the National Command and Operations Center was held under the chairmanship of Federal Minister Asad Umar in which the situation of Corona, air travel and Category C list was reviewed. 15, including South Africa, the Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Croatia, Slovenia, Vietnam, Poland, Mozambique, Lesotho, Iswatini, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Namibia.
The NCOC says that there will be a complete ban on coming to Pakistan from Category C countries and the necessary travel from these countries will be possible only on special permission while travel from Category C countries to Pakistan will be possible only after obtaining exemption certificate from Special Committee.
According to the NCOC, vaccination will be mandatory for all travelers coming to Pakistan, while PCR test will be mandatory for Pakistanis and foreigners above 6 years of age, showing PC artist 48 hours before boarding.
