Cricket Australia has called an emergency meeting due to the ongoing coronavirus attacks on the Australian Big Bash League.

Cricket Australia is in talks with the team management regarding scheduled matches and the future of the BBL.

Yesterday, a man from the Melbourne Stars Sports Staff tested positive for Cowed 19 and the match was postponed, after which PCR tests were conducted and in these PCR tests, 7 players and 8 members of the sports staff were tested. 19 tests came positive.

Not only the Melbourne Stars but also the Sydney Thunders have tested positive for four cricketers, after which uncertainty has arisen. Those who tested positive for 19 Tests are now completing the mandatory seven-day isolation.

Wicketkeeper-batsman Travis Head has fallen victim to Cowed 19 and will not be available for the fourth Test in Australia.

Pakistan cricketers are also currently in Australia for the Big Bash. Harris Roof is part of the Melbourne Stars. He is reported to be in good health.
