A French citizen has set a new world record by standing on a balloon flying in the air at an altitude of thousands of meters.
Remy Overward, 28, has stunned the world by standing on a balloon. He has climbed more than 1,200 meters on a balloon before and today he has broken his own previous record.
Remy Overward performed the stunt at the annual telethon research on neuroscience in France. They stood on the balloon at an altitude of 3,637 meters for about an hour and a half.
"I'm already preparing for next year's expedition. When I reached 35,000, I told myself I would be at 4,000 meters," Remy said after the stunt.
