The franchises say that the spectators spend four months on the beauty of the cricket league and the matches, trying to get 100% of the spectators to come to the stadium to watch the matches of PSL season seven.
Private TV quoted franchise sources as saying that the final decision on the arrival of spectators at the stadium would be subject to the approval of the NCOC.
