Announcing a $220 million plan to overcome the country's gas crisis

 

Pakistan Gas Port has announced a $225 million project for LNG supply across the country, including Gwadar.

Chairman of the company Iqbal Z Ahmed said that the people of Gwadar are deprived of basic facilities like gas so LNG can be brought to Gwadar and supplied to the whole country including Balochistan.

Iqbal Z Ahmed claimed that he can bring LNG in 7 months which will be provided to the people of Gwadar at half price from LPG through cylinders. Waiting

According to Chairman Pakistan Gas Port, the LNG will be supplied through cylinders and tankers across the country, including Balochistan.

He said that NOC has been waiting for last 8 months, in 7 months we will bring LNG which will go not only to Gwadar Balochistan but to the whole country.

Pakistan Gas Port intends to import 300 million cubic feet of LNG per day through Gwadar Port. The 125 125 million investment will be in Phase-I of $100 million.
