Aryan Khan was arrested by the Anti-Narcotics Force on October 3 on charges of using drugs at a party on a ship, along with a middle-aged woman.
After the arrest of the woman, several rumors about Aryan Khan were spread on Indian social media.
However, according to various Indian websites, the woman Manman Dhamicha is actually an emerging model who has been seen with big Bollywood actors in the past.
According to India Today, Manman Dhamicha, who was arrested along with Aryan Khan, is 39 years old and has been modeling in Mumbai.
The report said that the model had moved to Delhi with her brother from Madhya Pradesh six years ago, where only one of her brothers works while she lives in Mumbai for modeling.
Manman Dhamicha belongs to a middle class family and his parents died a few years ago and he was the one who raised his younger brother.
According to the report, Manman Dhamicha is active on Instagram and shares her photos with various Bollywood stars.
In this regard, the Times of India reported that Manman Dhamicha told the Narcotics Force during interrogation that he was given drugs by an unknown person from a five star hotel near the airport, which he took to the party on the ship.
It is not yet clear whether Aryan Khan and his six accomplices were drugged by the said model or whether they got the drug from some other source.
It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.
However, there are reports that the Narcotics Force has arrested Aryan Khan and his accomplices on charges of using and possessing drugs, but the Anti-Narcotics Force did not catch him red-handed while intoxicated.
According to the report, there were at least 1,500 people on board and he had to stay at sea for three days for a luxurious party.
The ship's party also ended after the Narcotics Force raid and the arrest of Aryan Khan, but the Anti-Narcotics Force did not arrest the other occupants of the ship.
Aryan Khan is currently in jail on judicial remand along with model Manman Dhamicha and six others. He was handed over to the Narcotics Force on physical remand from October 3 to 7.
