Two Indian soldiers were killed and one was injured in an attack by unknown individuals in the occupied valley.
According to Kashmir Media Service, unidentified gunmen opened fire on the Indian Army in Poonch district of Occupied Kashmir, killing two Indian soldiers and injuring one. The dead included an Indian Army officer and a junior commissioned officer.
After the incident, a heavy contingent of Indian forces has been called in the area and an operation has been launched to find the attackers. A heavy contingent of Indian Army has been deployed at the entrances and exits of the area and no one is allowed to come and go.
It is to be noted that a few days ago, the Indian Army team that went to rescue the comrades in occupied Kashmir was attacked by armed men as a result of which 5 personnel were killed.
