Time is running out, Iran should hurry to nuclear deal, EU

 
EU Foreign Minister Joseph Borrell has expressed readiness to meet with Iranian officials, saying time is running out for Iran to return to talks on its nuclear program without delay.

"I know Iran wants to talk to me through the members of the Council on the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, which was agreed in 2015," Borrell told reporters.
