The sessions court had reserved judgment on Aryan Khan's bail application on October 14 last week, which was announced on the afternoon of October 20.
According to the Times of India, the Sessions Court rejected Aryan Khan's bail application and ordered him to remain in jail on judicial remand.
Aryan Khan is in jail on a 14-day judicial remand from October 7 and his remand will expire on October 21, after which he will be produced in court again.
It is thought he could be granted bail once his judicial remand expires, but it is too early to say.
Aryan Khan's lawyers can now approach the High Court after the Sessions Court rejected his bail plea, but it is too early to say when the Bollywood actor's son's lawyers will approach the High Court.
Prior to the Sessions Court, the Metropolitan Court had also rejected Aryan Khan's bail on October 7 and sent him to jail on judicial remand, after which his case is now pending in the Sessions Court.
Aryan Khan had filed a bail application in the Sessions Court on October 9, after which his application could not be heard on October 11 and in the hearing on October 14, the court had reserved judgment on his application, which Announced October 20.
Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau on October 3 from a cruise party on charges of drug use, including friends Arbaaz Merchant, Manman Dhamicha, Nopur Sreeka, Smit Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chopra and Gomat Chopra.
Aryan Khan is currently in Mumbai's Arthur Jail along with his other accomplices, while two other women, including Manman Dhamicha, who were arrested along with him, have been kept in the women's jail.
