Telefilm 'Ek Hai Nigar' trailer released



The official trailer of the film 'Ek Hai Nigar', based on the life of the first female lieutenant general of the Pakistan Army, Nigar Johar, has been released.

The trailer of the telefilm 'Ek Hai Nigar' was released on various social media sites including YouTube yesterday.

Superstar Mahira Khan, who played the role of female lieutenant general Nigar Johar in the telefilm, shared a special post.

He wrote in his post that "I am very grateful to the universe for this project, this experience, this role, this time ... I hope and pray that we did justice to General Nigar's life. "

In her post, Mahira Khan also thanked the personalities and producers associated with the telefilm team.

The trailer, which is about 2 minutes long, tells the story of three star general Nigar Johar from his early life to his becoming a lieutenant general.

The telefilm pays homage to Lt. Gen. Nigar Johar and captures the challenges, difficulties and successes he faced during his career.

The teaser for the telefilm was released in August this year and it was speculated that the telefilm would be released in September.

A few days ago, the film team announced its date and it will be released on October 23 this month.

Posts on social media by the TV channel that broadcast it, including Mahira Khan and telefilm producer Nina Kashif, confirmed that 'Ek Hai Nigar' will be aired by the end of this month.

The story of 'Ek Hai Nigar' has been written by well-known writer Umairah Ahmed while it has been directed by Adnan Sarwar.

In the telefilm, where Mahira Khan will appear as a military woman, she is also her co-producer.


'Ek Hai Nigar' is co-produced by Nina Kashif and Mahira Khan and will be released under the banner of 'Civil Fry' Production House.

The telefilm will feature Mahira Khan, Lt Gen Nigar Johar and Bilal Ashraf in the role of her husband Johar Ali Khan.

It is believed that Bilal Ashraf is going to make his debut on the small screen with the said role, before that he has been acting in films.
