Today, World Handwashing Day is being observed around the world. The Corona virus epidemic has shown how hand washing alone can prevent not only covid 19 but also many other diseases.

In Pakistan alone, 53,000 children die of diarrhea every year, and in Pakistan alone, there are currently 2.2 million deaths worldwide each year from diseases that can only be prevented by proper hand washing.
These diseases include colds, flu, pneumonia, hepatitis, and respiratory illnesses.
According to a report, proper hand washing reduces the risk of diarrhea by 30% and the risk of various respiratory diseases by 20%. In addition, hand washing reduces the risk of cholera, Ebola virus, SARS virus and hepatitis.
On the other hand, medical experts have also called hand washing an important weapon against coronavirus.
