Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said in an interview that his country is serious about result-oriented talks, and that the United States will have to lift cruel sanctions to show seriousness in negotiations.

The Iranian president added that his plan was to stabilize Afghanistan, while the United States wanted to create more divisions there.
