Mumbai: Aryan Khan's lawyer Satish Man Shinde has said that no drugs were recovered from Aryan and he is innocent.
According to Indian media, Aryan Khan's lawyer Satish Mann Shinde has confirmed that Aryan's bail application will be heard in the Sessions Court on October 13.
Aryan Khan's bail application has 29 grounds which start from his innocence and his involvement in a false case in the present case.

According to reports, Satish Man Shinde has argued in court since day one that NCB officials did not receive any drugs from Aryan. Therefore, referring to the ban on bail under Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS), the NCB's request for non-bailable does not apply to Aryan. Especially when no drugs were recovered from him.
On the other hand, in this difficult time of Aryan's arrest, when Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri have lost sleep. King Khan's fans are expressing solidarity with him and his family.

It may be recalled that the Narcotics Control Bureau had on October 2 raided a ship bound for Goa from Mumbai and recovered drugs. Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan was also present on the plane and was arrested on October 3, the day after the raid. Aryan Khan's bail has been rejected and he is still in the custody of the NCB.
