Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan could not get bail in the drug case even today but the good news for Shah Rukh Khan is that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has admitted that there was no recovery from Aryan Khan.
According to Indian media reports, the bail pleas of Aryan Khan and other accused were heard in a special court.
Reports said that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had submitted a reply to the court regarding the case in which it was admitted that no recovery had been made from Aryan Khan.
However, the NCB opposed Aryan's bail, saying that the role of the accused could not be separated from each other.
The NCB also opposed the separation of Aryan's case from the other accused and said that Aryan is an influential person who can tamper with the evidence. It is also clear that Achhat Kumar and Shiv Raj supplied cannabis to Aryan and Arbaaz. Yes, all these accused are connected to each other.
The narcotics agency also accused Aryan of having contacts with an international drug dealer.
During the hearing, Aryan's lawyer Amit Desai also gave arguments but the court adjourned the hearing till 12 noon local time.
If bail is not decided, Aryan will now have to spend tonight in Mumbai Central Jail.
The NCB is believed to have arrested eight people, including Shah Rukh's son, in a raid on a cruise ship party on the Mumbai coast on the night of October 2.
