There are reports that Bollywood action hero Hrithik Roshan and chocolate hero Ranbir Kapoor have been offered Rs 75 crore each to play a role in the Indian religious mythological web series.

Citing other websites in its report, Zoom TV said that an initial budget of Rs 750 crore has been earmarked for producer Madhu Mantina's web series on the Hindu deity Ramayana.

The report said that Ranbir Kapoor has been sent to the said web series while Riteish Roshan has been offered to play the role of Rama and the two have been offered Rs 75 crore separately.

In this regard, 'Bollywood Hungama' said that although the team of the web series did not make any clear announcement, but according to sources, Ranbir Kapoor was offered the role of Rowana in the web series on Hindu goddesses and deities has gone.

In the same web series, Riteish Roshan has also been offered the role of Rama and both have been asked to pay Rs 75 crore each.

Sources also confirmed that Kareena Kapoor was not approached for the role of 'Sita' in the said web series, earlier it was reported that she has been offered the role of Sita Devi.



The report said the web series would be based on ancient Hindu religious history, with characters from various gods and goddesses.

Initially, the team has allocated a budget of Rs 750 crore for the web series, but this could be increased.

If Ranbir Kapoor and Riteish Roshan are given Rs 75 crore each for the roles in the said web series, they will become the highest paid actors on the digital screen.

The web series will be directed by Nitish Towari. Other web series and films on Hindu gods and goddesses are also being made and Saif Ali Khan will be offered to play the role of a Hindu god in a similar web series. Has been pulled.
