The world's most powerful magnet that can pull an aircraft carrier!

Made in the United States, the world's most powerful magnet, the Central Solenoid, has finally reached its destination in France after a long journey, where it will be joined by a global collaborative fusion reactor, the ITER. "I will be installed.

Central Solenoid has been developed by the American company General Atomics with many years of hard work. It is so powerful that it can pull up to 100,000 tons of aircraft carriers with its magnetic force.

The magnet is 14 feet wide and 60 feet high, using superconductor materials to generate such a strong magnetic force that is reportedly 28,000 times greater than the ground magnetic field.

Once in France, it will be transported to the site of the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER), where it will be part of the first global project to generate electricity on a commercial scale from fusion reactions. ۔

It should be noted that the fusion reactor, also known as the "thermo nuclear reactor", operates on the same principle on which not only the sun but all the stars in the universe have been generating tremendous energy for billions of years.

In this process, hydrogen atoms combine to form helium, releasing tremendous energy.

Despite efforts over the past 70 years, no nuclear reactor (power plant) has yet been built on Earth to generate energy on a commercial scale, controlling fusion.

ITER is also a link in the chain, a logical continuation of the former Soviet Union's "Tokamak reactor."

If all goes well, it is hoped that the first experimental production of energy from ITER will start by 2026. However, it will take another ten years to be fully operational and it will be able to produce at full capacity by 2036.
