New Zealand players are excited to play cricket in Pakistan for the first time.

While the New Zealand cricket team's tour of Pakistan after 18 years has become the center of attention of cricket fans, the players in the visiting squad are also excited to play cricket on Pakistani soil for the first time.

The New Zealand cricket team last visited Pakistan in 2003, where Pakistan made a clean sweep in a five-match ODI series. 8 wickets were taken.

Since then, the Pakistan Cricket Board has hosted New Zealand three times, but all three series were played in the United Arab Emirates. This was the time when the Pakistan cricket team played its home series in the United Arab Emirates.

The New Zealand cricket team will now arrive in Pakistan on September 11 to play a series of three ODIs and five T20 Internationals. The three ODI series between the two teams will be played on September 17, 19 and 21 at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi. The five Twenty20 International matches will start on September 25 at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.

The players in the guest squad have become fans of Pakistan and Pakistani fans even before their arrival in Pakistan. He says he will do his best to showcase his talents in front of Pakistani spectators.

Tom Blandle:

New Zealand batsman Tom Blandell says this will be the first visit of all the players in our squad to Pakistan. Heard that Pakistan is a beautiful country, waiting to play cricket.

Tom Blandell said that Pakistan is a very good limited style cricket team. The home team will not be an easy opponent. This series will be a good experience for us.

He added that Pakistan had played its home cricket abroad for a long time which was very sad but now they are once again getting the opportunity to play cricket at their home ground which is very welcome.

Tom Blandell says that the New Zealand cricket team is currently playing matches in empty stadiums but he is happy that he will play cricket in Pakistan in the presence of fans.

Blair Tucker:

Blair Tucker says all the players are excited for the tour of Pakistan. He will try to maintain the winning streak in the one-day series against Bangladesh in the series against Pakistan.

He added that he wanted to see Pakistan but for now he would have to live in a biosecure bubble which is disappointing. I would be very happy if I got a chance to get out of it.

Doug Bracewell:

Doug Bracewell says the New Zealand cricket team is very excited for the tour of Pakistan. All the boys are waiting to play cricket in Pakistan.

He said that New Zealand's visit to Bangladesh has not been very good but he is hopeful for a better performance in Pakistan.
