Britain's Time magazine has released a list of the world's 100 most influential people, not including Pakistan, but two people, including Deputy Prime Minister Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar from Afghanistan.
Princess Harry and his wife Meghan Markle have been named number one on Time Magazine's list of the world's 100 Most Influential People for 2021. Time Magazine has published a list of influential people in a total of six categories, and the royal couple has been added to the icon category.
The list includes US President Joe Biden, Chinese President Xi Jinping, US Vice President Kamala Harris, former US President Donald Trump, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Afghan journalist Mehbooba Siraj, Afghan Deputy Prime Minister and Taliban. The head of the political office is Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, Iranian President Ibrahim Raeesi and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
In addition, Tesla founder Elon Musk, Apple's chief executive Tim Cook, and Adar Poonawala, owner of the Serum Institute of India, the world's largest vaccine maker, have been named among the world's 100 most influential people.
American singer Billy Elish, Britney Spears, actress Scarlett Johansson, Kate Winslet and Japanese tennis star Naomi Osaka are also on Time magazine's list of the world's most influential people.
