A letter has been written by Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Rameez Raja to English Cricket Board Chairman EN Watt Moore, to which he declined to respond.
A letter written by Rameez Raja has been deemed a refusal by Ein Whatmore to refuse.
According to sources, the letter offered to shift the Pak-England matches from Pindi to Lahore and asked the English team to stay at the High Performance Center (HPC) instead of the hotel.
Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore and its environs were to be sealed off for four days with the help of the army during the England tour of Pakistan and English players could come to the ground on foot from the High Performance Center.
