Emergency landing of America's most dangerous bomber

One of the deadliest and most dangerous US military weapons is the B2 Spirit stealth bomber, which made an emergency landing at Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri, with authorities declaring the area a no-fly zone within a six-mile radius.

According to the Daily Mail, the B2 Spirit stealth bomber cost $ 2 billion. Officials said the pilots had to land after a malfunction during routine training. No one was injured after the bomber landed. The fire broke out, it is not yet known how much damage was done to the B2 bomber at Whiteman base, according to KMBC, the plane has been at the base since 1993.

The emergency landing occurred around 12:30 pm, after which a 6-kilometer radius was declared a no-fly zone. The FAA said the ban would provide a safe environment for accident investigations. And will be picked up on September 17 at 8 p.m.

Only 21 B-2 bombers were flown, one of which crashed in Guam in 2008, leaving only 20 children.

Whiteman's three other B2 Spirit aircraft were part of an operation with the Norwegian government stationed in Iceland earlier this year.
