Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi faced great difficulties at the beginning of his visit to the United States, the New York District Court issued summons.
According to private TV, the Sikh organization had filed a case against the Indian Prime Minister on September 17 this year, alleging that hundreds of Sikhs had been killed by the Indian government.
Magistrate Catherine Parker has been appointed as the judge in charge of the case.
