A bomb blast at Kabul airport has killed at least 90 people and injured about 150 others, many in critical condition, an Afghan health ministry official said.
At least 28 Taliban fighters have been killed in an attack on an airport. Two suicide bombers struck outside Kabul airport yesterday, killing at least 90 people, including 13 US soldiers, US officials said. US President Biden has ordered action against Islamic State in Khurasan, saying the attacks were not carried out by the Taliban but by ISIS.
On the other hand, the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan is underway. The Taliban has given a deadline of August 31 for all foreign forces, including the United States, to evacuate the country.
