Three people, including two children, were killed and two others injured in a blast in the Baloch ward area of Gwadar yesterday. The Interior Ministry later termed the blast in Gwadar a suicide attack on a Chinese convoy.
The Interior Ministry said that a suicide attack was carried out on a Chinese convoy on the Gwadar East Bay Expressway. The convoy consisted of four vehicles, army and police vehicles were also with the convoy. When stopped, the attacker blew himself up 15 to 20 meters from the convoy.
