Pakistani Cricket national team head coach Misbah-ul-Haq's Corona test has been positive, so he will not return to Lahore today along with other members of the national squad.

Pakistan defeated the West Indies in the second Test yesterday to tie the two-match series 1-1.

However, after the good news of victory in the match, it has now been revealed that head coach Misbah has contracted the corona virus.

The Pakistan Cricket Board confirmed that the head coach's Corona test was positive and he would not return home with the team.

In this regard, it was informed that Misbah-ul-Haq will now be quarantined in Jamaica for 10 days after which he will be allowed to return to Pakistan.

All the members of the national squad in the West Indies underwent Code-19 tests twice before returning home, and Misbah-ul-Haq is the only member to have tested positive for both corona tests.

Despite the positive test, Misbah-ul-Haq did not show any signs of corona.

PCB Cricket is in constant touch with the West Indies and the host board has confirmed that Misbah-ul-Haq will soon be shifted to another hotel for a 10-day quarantine where medical specialists will be present to take care of him.
