Dr. Shirin Khan, a chest specialist at Fatima Jinnah Hospital Quetta, said that the delta type of corona found in Balochistan is more deadly.
Talking to media, Dr. Shereen Khan said that Delta variant affects the lungs quickly while the time for diagnosis is also short.
He said that the first elderly people in Balochistan were suffering from corona. But now even middle-aged people are falling victim to the virus.
Dr Shereen Khan said that no bed in Fatima Jinnah Hospital remained empty even for 30 minutes.
