Police have registered a case of check dishonor against actress Meera's mother.
A case has been registered against him in Madina Town police station of Faisalabad for dishonouring a check worth Rs 10 million given by Shafqat Zehra Bukhari, mother of Qadakara Meera. Shafqat had lent Rs. 1 crore to Zahra. For the refund, Shafqat Zahra handed over a check worth Rs. 10 million to Shahid Mehmood. Shahid Mehmood deposited the check in a private bank in Gulberg, Lahore. The check was dishonored. Promised to pay in 15 days. Shahid Mehmood again deposited the check in his account in a private bank in Faisalabad, then the check was dishonored again due to lack of money in the account. My mother Shafqat Zahra returned the money. At the request of Shahid Mehmood, the money was refused and the refund was refused. Police have registered a case against Shafqat Zahra under Section 489-F of PPC at the request of Shahid Mehmood.
It may be recalled that a few months ago, Miraki's mother Shafqat Zehra had filed a case against the plaintiff Shahid Mahmood for occupying her plaza and had also met the CCPO Lahore in this regard.
