French President Emmanuel Macron says talks with the Turkish president are necessary despite differences. The two leaders will meet ahead of a NATO summit in Brussels on Monday.
"There are differences with the Turkish president and we acknowledge that," Macron told a French newspaper. But despite the differences, it is important to find a solution through dialogue.
The two leaders will discuss Syria, Libya and Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as review the situation regarding arms sales as NATO members.
