Running and strenuous exercise are good for the bones



A type of exercise called sprint and high intensity exercise in which these strenuous exercises are done for a while. It is now known that if you are in middle age (40 to 55 years), this exercise can slow down the biological aging of bones.

The tomo bones of people who did and did not exercise were examined with computer tomography for ten years and it was found that strenuous exercise slowed down the process of bone attack and infection. For this reason, experts have suggested that short-term strenuous exercise must be continued at any age.
