Sindh Health Minister Dr. Azra Pechoho, while expressing concern over the fourth wave of corona virus, said that in order to avoid industrial lockdown, it is necessary for workers to be vaccinated.
Addressing a meeting of the health department on the anti-polio campaign and the status of corona vaccine, the Sindh health minister said that there was a danger of a fourth wave of corona virus. In view of the Delta variant, the scope of the vaccine should be widened. A polio campaign is underway in all the districts of the province, the coverage of which should be made possible.
The Sindh Health Minister directed that targeted polio coverage should be made possible in all districts and polio vaccination should be ensured in case of absence of children. All districts should expedite the process of corona vaccine. Stay in touch with the stakeholders, seek the help of medical and paramedical final year students during the vaccination phase. Action will be taken against the officers there.
