At least 7 people were injured in a firing incident at a house in Defense Khayaban Shujaat

 

Seven people were injured in a firing incident at a house in Defense Khayaban Shujaat area of Karachi. Police say the firing was carried out by security guards.

According to the police, a preliminary statement is being taken after taking the security guard into custody. Weapons have also been recovered from the possession of the guard and further investigation is underway.

Police say they are also trying to capture footage from the bungalow's CCTV cameras.

The injured include Yusuf, Akbar, Zahid, Muhammad Shehzad, Owais, Farhan Alam and Shehzad.
