May 28, 1998 is the day in the history of the world when Pakistan became the seventh nuclear power in the world. After five nuclear explosions in Chaghi, Pakistan made steady progress in its nuclear capability which gave it an advantage over its traditional enemy India.
After the atomic bombing by India in 1974, Pakistan also started its efforts to acquire nuclear capability and in 1998, Pakistan formally emerged as a country with nuclear capability.
Over the past 23 years, Pakistan has made steady progress in its nuclear capability, which has made it not only superior to its traditional enemy India in the region, but also invincible. If one looks at India's intentions and its war frenzy, India is buying billions of dollars worth of military hardware in the years to come, but India has not succeeded in its intentions against Pakistan, the only reason being Pakistan's nuclear capability.
