In the last 24 hours, 65 more people have lost their lives due to corona virus while 2,724 cases have been reported.
According to the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), the rate of corona positive cases in the last 24 hours was 4.61%. The total number of deaths in the country has reached 20,465 while the total number of affected people is 98,576. The number of active cases across the country is 60,268 and 827,843 people have recovered from Corona.
According to the NCOC, the highest number of deaths due to corona is in Punjab where 9,875 people have lost their lives while 4,942 in Sindh, 3,990 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 748 in Islamabad, 107 in Gilgit-Baltistan and Balochistan. 271 and 532 people have lost their lives in Azad Kashmir.
The number of corona cases in Islamabad is 80,662, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 130,644, Punjab 336,315, Sindh 311,766, Balochistan 24,733, Azad Kashmir 18,940 and Gilgit-Baltistan 5,516.
