New Zealand wicketkeeper-batsman Tim Seifert has succumbed to the corona virus in India. A statement issued by New Zealand Cricket said that Tim Seifert was in India to participate in the IPL but returned home on a chartered flight. Earlier, Tim Seifert tested positive for the code. The Kiwi cricketer has minor symptoms of corona and has been shifted to a Chennai hospital for treatment.
