Dr. Amjad, the owner of a private housing society, has applied to the NAB for a plea bargain. Dr. Amjad has promised to pay Rs. 1 billion initially.
According to sources, Dr Amjad Saqib said that he would submit the first installment within 10 days of approval of the application.
The accountability court has ordered to auction all the properties of Dr Amjad.
Sources said that the accused are accused of fraud of more than Rs 25 billion from 11,000 people.
