Federal Minister Asad Omar warned the people that the situation in Corona is not good, the situation is bad, more sanctions will be announced on Friday, if the situation remains as it is, big cities may have to close.
In a media briefing after the meeting of the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), Asad Umar said that since Corona came to Pakistan, the highest number of deaths has been recorded this week, not just closing major cities. There is room for the day, if we do not break the epidemic, we will have to increase sanctions, the federation stands to help the provinces.
Asad Umar said that the nation is not following SOPs, ventilators are being used 80% in many cities, 90% of the total oxygen production is being used, there is immense pressure in hospitals, matters are not only in Pakistan. Dangerous throughout the region, the number of cases reported daily in Iran two months ago was 7,900, which was more than 25,000 reported yesterday, the death toll has risen from 68 to more than 300.
Asad Umar said that about 14,000 cases were reported in India on a daily basis two months ago which was reported up to 1.5 million yesterday. The average daily death in India has also increased from 90 to 1761.
