According to the notification, cinema halls will be completely closed, sports, cultural festivals and gatherings will be completely banned, public transport running within the city will continue with 50% capacity, inter-provincial transport will be completely closed two days a week. Medical stores, laboratories, hospitals and clinics will remain open, yogurt, chicken and meat, fish shops, bakeries, general stores will remain open.
