The Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has nominated Yousuf Raza Gilani as its joint candidate for the chairmanship of the Senate.
The meeting of the PDM agreed on the name of Yousuf Raza Gilani for the post of Chairman of the Senate. During the meeting, the special committee set up for the long march presented recommendations. The recommendations said that the long march should start on March 26 with a public gathering from Karachi.
