Making this mistake during bodybuilding can lead to infertility

People who use anabolic steroids to build muscle can be affected by the long-term production of a hormone called testosterone, which increases the risk of infertility.

This was revealed in a medical study in Denmark.

The University of Copenhagen study found that the use of anabolic steroids can affect the production of this hormone in the long term or permanently, which also affects the ability to become a father.

The researchers said that the results indicate the long-term effects of these steroids.

"Men should never consider using steroids to build their body because it has long-lasting harmful effects on many parts of the body and can be fatal," he said.

He said the effects on hormones could be long-term or that recovery would never be possible.

Anabolic steroids lower hormone levels, lower sperm counts, and increase the risk of hair loss.

The study, published in the medical journal The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, included 132 people aged 18 to 50 who were doing bodybuilding exercises.

These individuals were divided into 3 groups, one group of men who had never used steroids, another group who had stopped using steroids 3 years ago, and a third group who were still using it.

Research has found that people who use steroids have lower levels of INSL3, which helps make testosterone, and the more steroids used, the lower the level.

One of the key findings, the researchers said, was that the problem persisted two and a half years later in people who stopped using steroids.

"The results confirm that long-term use of anabolic steroids has long-term effects, even if the use of steroids is discontinued," he said.

It has also been discovered that excessive use of these steroids increases the risk of high cholesterol, high blood pressure and coronary heart disease, which in turn increases the risk of heart attack and damage to the arteries.

It can also damage the liver.
