American rapper Cardi B has won a new title in the world of music, the Diamond Certificate Song.
The Diamond Certificate is actually a certificate issued by the American Musical Association, which was first introduced in 1999.
The Diamond Certificate is awarded by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIA) to singers or rappers who have sold over 10 million copies of their music albums or songs.
The Recording Industry Association of America provides singers with a number of similar certificates.
The organization also provides various certificates to singers when they sell 1 million and 5 million copies of music albums or songs.
The Diamond Certificate is awarded by an organization called Rhea to singers who have sold 10 million copies of a music album or a single.
Pop singer Cardi B's 2017 song "Bodak Yellow" also sold 10 million copies in less than three years, for which she was awarded the "Diamond Certificate of Song".
In an Instagram post, Cardi B thanked the organization and fans for giving his song a "Diamond Certificate" and told how his dream came true.

Cardi B said that until a few years ago, he did not know what a 'diamond certificate' was, but even then he wished to receive the award and now his wish has been fulfilled.
After receiving the Diamond Certificate Song, Cardi B became the first female rapper in the world to receive the award, although other rapper singers, including Drake and Animen, have received the award before. No female rapper received the award.
Cardi B's song was awarded the Diamond Certificate on the occasion of International Women's Day on March 8.
Prior to Cardi B, the 'Diamond Certificate Song' has been awarded to 44 songs by other singers, including some albums.
Although Cardi B became the first rapper to receive the award, songs by other female singers, including Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift, have already been awarded the Diamond Certificate.
