The first decision to allow wedding halls, indoor dining and cinemas and shrines to open on March 15 has been withdrawn.

The NCOC meeting decided to withdraw the permission for indoor wedding ceremonies and meals, that outdoor meals and takeaways will be available, outdoor gatherings with a strict implementation of Corona SOPS up to 300 Will be limited to individuals. In addition, the decision to open cinemas and shrines from March 15 has been withdrawn.

During a press conference with Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mehmood after the meeting of the National Command and Operations Center, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Dr. Faisal Sultan said that the spread of corona in Pakistan is increasing, increasing cases put more pressure on hospitals. Dr. Faisal Sultan said that in view of the Corona epidemic, the policy of working from home of 50% of the employees in the offices will continue, entertainment venues will be closed at 6 pm, not cinemas and wedding halls considering the current situation. On this occasion, Shafqat Mehmood said that the situation in Sindh and Balochistan is almost fine but problems have been seen in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Kashmir, 50% children will come to school in Sindh and Balochistan, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Lahore. Educational institutions in Gujarat, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sialkot and Peshawar have been closed for two weeks on Monday, March 15. All educational institutions will reopen on March 28. Institutions where examinations are taking place will continue.
