Transparency International reveals alarm over corona vaccine imports
According to private TV, Transparency International has said that the private sector in Pakistan has been given a 160% increase in the price of Russian vaccine from the world market. Governments are giving free corona vaccine to their people, Pakistan is the first country to allow private sector to import corona vaccine.
Transparency International says allowing private sector to import corona vaccine will open a new era of corruption. It is feared that public corona vaccine will be introduced in private hospitals. Pakistan has allowed the private sector to import 50,000 corona vaccines.
Transparency International also wrote a letter to Prime Minister Imran Khan in this regard, urging him to revoke the permission of the private sector to import vaccines.
