Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan opposed the expulsion of a student couple from a private university for proposing.
In one of his tweets, Ali Mohammad Khan said, “Expulsion of two students from Lahore University due to their controversial action is not the solution to the problem. Their academic future will be bleak. These are our children.
Their actions should have been punished according to Sharia, but less.
He said that training students is also important. There is also the question of universities, is there a lack of Islamic education and training?
It may be recalled that a few days ago, a girl had proposed to a boy at a private university in Lahore, after the video of which went viral on social media.

ان کا یہ عمل غیر شرعی تھاسزا ملنی چاہیے تھی لیکن کم-
تربیت بھی ضروری ہے
جامعات پہ بھی سوال ہے کہ کہیں ہماری اسلامی تعلیم و تربیت میں کمی تو نہیں؟
