Pakistan has successfully tested a surface-to-surface ballistic Ghaznavi missile, congratulating the President, Prime Minister and scientists and engineers of the military leadership.
According to the Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), the ballistic Ghaznavi missile is capable of carrying conventional and non-conventional weapons up to 290 km. The missile was tested as part of an annual field training exercise. Commander Army Strategic Forces Command Lieutenant General Muhammad Ali observed the experiment. Top military officials, scientists and engineers were present during the experiment.
The Commander Strategic Forces Command appreciated the observation and experience of the weapon system. He praised the quality of training of the young men involved in the experiment. Prime Minister Imran Khan and the military leadership have congratulated the scientists and engineers on the successful test of the ballistic missile.
