According to details, Rajiv Kapoor, the youngest son of Bollywood legend director Raj Kapoor, has died of a heart attack. He was 58 years old. Last year, his elder brother Rishi Kapoor also died of cancer.
Another beacon of the family of Raj Kapoor, a prominent actor and director of the Indian film industry, has gone out. His youngest son Rajiv Kapoor has also died. According to Indian media, the late Rajiv Kapoor suffered a heart attack which proved fatal. He was rushed to the hospital for medical treatment but could not recover.
Confirming his brother's death, Randhir Kapoor said that Rajiv Kapoor is no longer with us, I have lost my younger brother. Apart from them, Rajiv Kapoor's sister-in-law and Rishi Kapoor's wife Neto Singh have also confirmed the death of their brother-in-law.
