North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has acknowledged that his government's recent five-year economic development plan has failed. The results of economic policy in the region have fallen far short of targets. He said he would soon propose new policies. Kim Jong Un also called natural disasters and sanctions imposed by the international community a major challenge.
